PM-

o   Should have 4-5 years of experience in handling residential township of 500 to 1500 units or more, independent houses and high rise buildings.

o   B E Civil with in-depth knowledge of billing, material management, store management and construction costing

o   Should be an excellent team leader to guide team of site engineers and supervisors

o   Should have good contacts with labor contractors and vendors to keep the pace of development

 

SITE ENGINEER-

BE Civil or diploma

EXP- 2TO 3 YEAR RESIDENTIOAL PROJECT OR BUILDING

Need to assist project manager and coordinate with labor contractor etc.

 

SUPERVISOR-

To supervise labour

• Should have in-depth knowledge of construction stages and steel percentage in structure and foundation
